So the Philistines were subdued, and they stopped coming within the border of Israel. Yahweh’s hand was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel.

Were the Philistines subdued all the days of Samuel?
1 Samuel 7:13 says 'the Philistines were subdued, and they came no more into the coast of Israel: and the hand of the LORD was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel.' 1 Samuel 13:5-10 shows the Philistines invading with massive force during Saul's reign while Samuel is still alive and active.
