Was Solomon alone when he sacrificed 1000 burnt offerings at Gibeon?
1 Kings 3:4 describes Solomon going to Gibeon and offering a thousand burnt offerings, with no mention of any congregation accompanying him. 2 Chronicles 1:3-6 describes the same sacrifice as a public event with "all the congregation" of Israel going up with Solomon to the high place at Gibeon.
