  • Who was Korah's father?

    Genesis 36:5, 14, and 18 all make Korah a son of Esau by Aholibamah. Genesis 36:15-16 just a few verses later lists Korah as one of the clan-chiefs ("dukes") descended from Eliphaz, who was Esau's firstborn — making Korah Esau's grandson, not son.
