Isaiah 40:28 declares God never faints or grows weary — the classic divine inexhaustibility text. Exodus 31:17 says God was "refreshed" after creation, implying prior tiredness.

Can God's attributes be known?
Paul in Romans 1:20 says God's invisible attributes — his eternal power and divine nature — are "clearly seen" from the creation, so that humans are "without excuse." Job 11:7 has Zophar asking "Canst thou by searching find out God? Canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection?" — the implied answer being no.
