Does God work on the Sabbath?
Genesis 2:2-3 has God resting on the seventh day after finishing creation and sanctifying that day as a day of rest. John 5:16-17 has Jesus explicitly declaring that 'my Father is working until now, and I also am working,' to defend Sabbath healing.
