Will God curse the earth?
Genesis 8:21 has God swear in his heart never again to curse the ground because of humanity, yet Isaiah 24:1-6 announces a curse that devours the earth and Malachi 4:6 warns that Yahweh will come and smite the earth with a curse. The promise is issued and then revoked.
