30. Maharai the Netophathite] So in 1Ch_27:13, with “of the Zerahites” (R.V.) added. A Netophathite might come either from Netophah (a village in Judah not far from Beth-lehem), or from the “villages of the Netophathites” (1Ch_9:16, note).
Heled] In 1Ch_27:15 “Heldai,” a name found in Zec_6:10. “Heleb” in 2Sa_23:29 is probably a wrong reading.
