Does God allow pregnant women to be ripped apart?
Hosea 13:16 has Yahweh announce that Samaria's pregnant women "shall be ripped up" as judgment — divine sanction on the act. Amos 1:13 has Yahweh condemn the Ammonites for ripping up the pregnant women of Gilead.
