Genesis 18:14 asks the rhetorical question "Is any thing too hard for the LORD?" — the obvious answer being no. Judges 1:19 then says Yahweh was with Judah and "drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron."
Critical scholarship: Leans toward a genuine contradiction.

Can God stop iron chariots?
Judges 1:19 says Yahweh was with Judah and gave him the hill country, but he 'could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron.' Judges 4:13-16 shows Yahweh routing Sisera and his nine hundred iron chariots without difficulty.
Critical scholarship: Leans toward a genuine contradiction.
