When was heaven created?
Genesis 1:1 places the creation of heaven at the very beginning, before anything else, while Genesis 1:6-8 has God making a firmament on the second day and naming it Heaven. Matthew 25:34 and John 14:2 push the timing elsewhere entirely, implying heaven was prepared from the foundation of the world or is still being prepared by Jesus after his ascension.
